He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.  Fright Zone

The Fright Zone box art is almost a mastery of the fantasy style of drawing.  He-Man and the tree holding Skeletor both seem to be moving in the picture, with a little imagination.  Hordak's and Buzz-Off's expression are well done as well.
